I was unable to find the a tap as well.

When I did my first CNC retro, I had to cut custom threads on a
lathe, not too bad but, a pain because of the odd shapes of the
mounts.

Now I just CNC mill all the threads during the manufacturing process,
and it's slick as snot.

The problem with a custom CNC retro, is that you need a CNC machine
to do it :).
