another set of pins for the step and direction signals for that drive.
If you have a 3 axis machine and a 4 axis breakout board you would then
use the 4th axis pins for this purpose. Mach2 lets you use separate home
switches on the main and slave axis so that you can automatically square
up the machine and get the 2 motors in sync.

ports that do not put out a full 0 - 5 v TTL signal. G320 use a +5v
common and sink the current on the parallel port which give you a much
better chance for it to work. I am sure some of the more electronically
astute members can comment more on this.
