Cam Recommendations for Plasma Cutting

Hi All,
I'm a new guy to CNC, but making progress. If I could ask the Cam
experts for there recommendations on a cam program please. I'm using
Rhino & Mach2 and soon realize I need to be able to create lead
in/lead outs and tool path control. Which program would work best
for this application or would any of them accomplish the job? Ease
of use and cost are also a consideration. Would Mastercam be a good
choice? I see they have a lot of different applications, mill, wire,
router etc. Which one would I use, as there is not a plasma
