This should give you what you want. It is from Visual Mill 5.0 and was
drawn in Rhino. It is basically a football shape with the work TEST
protruding from it and matching the shape of the object. It is designed
to cut with a 1/8" ball end mill. X0Y0Z0 is the center of the top
surface. It is about 6" in X, 2" in Y, and 1.5 thick.
