Software top 3

Hi,
Just an idea.
I dont know about you, but I learn a lot from the pros by listening/reading about there opinions and choices they made. So what a bout, a top 3 list on the best software packages, made by you pros.
The software needed is free of choice, then a comment on why this is youre choice, pleas if there is something to consider put it in the comment. the machine should support 4 axiss and 3D contouring milling with the 4:th axis rotating.
Why?
I and hopefully others can use this specs to lurk a round on the software makers homepages to learn more of the specs involved in hobby CNC software, and hopefully I can ask you a little more smart questions in the future.
My choice: (With links if possible)
1. Rhino 3D, VectorCAM, Mach2
2. Something pro, Something ver2, Mach2
3. Something, Something ver1,Mach2
You get the idea.
Comment:
Great software for countouring and engraving bmps.
Easy to import Rhino 3D dxf file format to Mach2.
I can use my step/dir drivers with Mach2.
and so on.
If this feels a waste of time, ignore it!
