3 axis allegro 3977 stepper motor board

I've designed a simple 3 axis stepper motor driver board based around the allegro
3977 microstepping controller chip. I'll be glad to share my design (although it's very
simple) with anyone interested.

the 3977 is an interesting chip and the microstepping can improve motion, but my
experience with PWM motor controllers hasn't been great (I've used the newport
motion master 4000 for years in the lab). So I'm seriously considering designing a
half-stepping controller with current sources instead of ballast resistors (and FET pass
transistors).

However this board has worked well for me on the bench, even though it sprays noise
all over the place. Here's a few pictures of it :
