hello,
i am trying to bring a dynapath delta 20 back to life. After some
work, the control section boots up and shows pertinent information on
the monitor. However, the control panel seems to be in disrepair,
with several wires unterminated on the backs of the panel switches.
the machine behaves as if nothing is wrong untill i press a panel
switch. then the monitor flashes 'fault or message' on the screen.
when i got to the fault page, i see that it says "emergency stop."
like i said there are a few wires loose inside the cover that need to
be landed, but i have no idea what to do with them. i was hoping
that someone here would have some suggestions for me.
this is the my first experience with a cnc machine of this order.
anything that could be wrong might be. any guidance or suggestions
especially electrical or mechanical would be much appreciated.
thanks,
barry
