Hello,

Goit the email too. Started following their directions, opened
regedit and deleted my key, (so the program would ask for the new,5
year one), then couldn't remember my password. So I tried to re-
install the "old" key, and it wouldn't let me!

Now I have to wait to hear from PTC customer service...

Caveat emptor.

Ballendo

P.S. The key only works on the computer it is downloaded to, or
that's what they say. So what about the new computer I'm expecting
just after the first of the year... (I'll let you know what they say.)

Point is, if you're using it on an older model, or more than one, be
sure to update EACH as far as you can before year end, or the 5 years
may not matter...
