S6020 is a Teccor Non-sensitive gate SCR 20amps 600Volts
D4020 is a Teccor 30amp 400 volt diode

Both should be available at Newark, Allied, Mouser, or Digikey.

Your local repair parts place should have them as NTE parts as well. Both
are cross referenced.
