I tried to fire up Vector last night, and got a screen accusing me of
changing the date to cheat them.......
Doing some research, I found out that Microsoft has been having problems with
there time server, that automatically sets your computers clock.
My computer had been changed to Feb 1903, and the wrong time also. Minutes
were off by 34 minutes.
You will find information at:

<
I reset my clock to the right time and date, and Vector now works again.
Wanted to call attention to this so you can either check your clocks, or be
aware of it if a program suddenly does not work.
