Variable Frequency Drive. Automationdirect.com sells them for
resoanable and I am sure there are many more. Go to their web site
and look for Hitachi drives, they also have their house brand. I
know the Hitachi will drive a 2 hp 3p motor from a 220 single phase
input. Prices and wiring are there. Remember though if you have any
other devices in your cabinet that require three phase power they
will have to be replaced also.
