I suggest you try joining the ShumaTech yahoo group .. where you will find
*everything* about the cheap chinese scales ... the pinout and protocol is
not the same as hte more expensive Digimatic scales.

for those interested, the shumaTech group is for a cheap 3 axis DRO that uses
those cheap chinese scales as sensors ... very, very nice project, friendly
group.
