Create a persistant home directory on the harddrive - The ini file can be
found in ~/.emc
Alternatively, keep the ini file on a floppy (or on the HDD somewhere) and
copy it to ~/.emc or /usr/local/emc. Despite the whole system being on CD, a
little bit of trickery allows you to treat the whole thing as a Read/Write
filesystem (most of the directory is held in memory).
