Pre-Loaded Ballscrew nuts

Some where in the past when I "wasn't interested" in CNCing my mill, I saw
a post or information on assembling your own pre-loaded nuts from two
single nuts.
Now that I have attempted to CNC my mill, I realize I may have to go that
way to reduce backlash.
Could somebody point me in the right direction??
