Ditto all Doug Pollard's remarks! He knows well what he's talking about! I
did much cabinetwork in a previous Century (literally!), and oak is NASTY!
Utille (a kind of mahogany) is not bad, but steel is far-and-away better! AKA:
The right thing to use!
