RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] A free 3d cad program

Dolphin CAD which is available on free download
has an Offset feature which enables the creation
of an offset copy of a 2D contour, the offset
value being the radius of the tool to be used.

This can then be exported via DXF and imported
into MACH2.
