Need vexta driver. Blew one of mine...

Crossed calbe knocked out one of my Vexta 5 phase drivers for my micromill. Anyone
know where I can find another one. This was one of the little 24v driven drivers that are
about 3" square. 1.4amp model was csd5814n-t. Heck, even the line voltage running units
would work. Any ideas?
