Partition Magic does work, I had a Linux/Windows system working 99.9% ok
for about 9 months. Unfortunately, I also had some very rare, but
inexplicable weirdness that I couldn't explain. (i.e. more so than the
usual windows weirdness...) I eventually went to separate drives for
each OS.
It may well have been how I configured Partition Magic - I don't know.
All I know is that things just seem a bit more stable now. Decide for
yourself, but drives are cheap and that's what I would recommend.
