RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] index feature on optical encoder

Hi Scott,

Index pulse occurs once per revolution, it is not used by the Gecko's for
anything. It is normally used by hardware or software to provide a homing
signal; it won't do you any good in Mach2.
