Mill/Drill Ballscrew Conversion Help Please

I never thought I would be converting my RF mill/drill to CNC, but it is
now working and the bug has bit me to put in ballscrews:})

Hopefully someone out there has the information I need so I will NOT have
to tear the machine down just to get some measurements, reassemble, only to
tear it down again to install the ballscrews. What I am looking for is the
basic measurements of the X & Y axis nut mounts.

This would include:
X-axis-
1. The C-C spacing and size of the bolts that holds the nut to the
table.
2. The distance between the base of the mount and the centerline
of the leadscrew.

Y-axis-
1. The size of the bolt that holds the nut to the table.
2. The distance between the base of the mount or boss and the
centerline of the leadscrew.
3. The diameter and height of the boss that fits into the table.

If anyone has this information and is willing to share, it would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
