Ongoing Dolphin Problem

I attempted to download Dolphin a few days ago. The site asked for my
contact information, which I supplied, and it then went into
cyber-never-never-land. Apparently whatever I did, didn't send my
information to Dophin as I was not contacted by Dolphin with a password of
any kind, and I still don't have the download in my machine.

Has anyone else managed to get the Dolphin download and get it working ?
What am I doing wrong ?
