Hi Fred,

What is the frequency of the PWM signal comming out of the DeskCNC. I'm
guessing it is higher than 50Hz.

We have a couple of options. I can add in a DeskCNC mode, or have a special
Desk CNC version. either way it should just be a software change.

On point to note is that the PWM signal accepted by the DigiSpeed is logic
low. That is, 5V is off, 0V is full speed. The closer the duty cycle is to 0
the faster the speed.

The reason being is that the DigiSpeed has pull-up resistors on the inputs,
like most breakout boards. If the printer cable is not connected, the PWM
input will be pulled to 5V, turning the motor off.

Fred, email me offline and we'll sort something out.

Cheers,

Peter Homann
