adjusting gain on a Gecko 320

What kind of Driver head for the Gain settings on a Gecko 320? My
system Squeals when just setting but if I manualy turn the motor
slightly it stops. So it seems that it not seeking properly. Is it a
screw slot Phillips or hex I have them all wired up and Just got all
the semi working hope theres a easy way to adjust.
