lathe dro

Hi,
I am trying to get the latest information on Steve Lindsay's dro
unit.I live in South Africa and find this group very interesting but
some of the Links dont seem to work here. I have managed to pick up
bits and pieces of various versions of the dro but would like to find
a site with all the info in one place. I would really appreciate your
help.
I am a newbie to electronics but find this project really
interesting, I see a lot of other people other than Steve have put a
lot of time into this project and any info would be great.
