Very interesting. I have two Macs just begging for a similar project.

I am interested in the rotary indexer for cutting gears.

I am wondering how many have or can cut internal gears with precision for
injection mold making. Would this require EDM cutting?

What equipment would I need to use with a Sherline CNC mill or standard
lathe?
Any ideas thoughts suggestions appreciated.
