Hi, All
Just let you know, There is pictures of the machines I've made down
here in Brasil, the first one the table moves,the bigger one the
gantry moves.
The one made to do Pcb,has a camtronics 2amps controller,180oz.
motors,balscrews,round fully suported rails and a bosch router it's
about 600mm x 500mm x 150mm Travel
The bigger one has SBC linear rails, Rutex servo drives, and 3
50oz. servo motors coupled to a 4 to 1 drive belt runnig deskcnc and
1"dia. ballscrews,becouse of the size of the machine we have to keep
it to a max moving rate of 200in/pmin. We had it up to 800in/pmin but
becouse of the mass of the gantry the machine jerks a lot.
1000mm x1000mm x 150mm travel
Both machines works very nice, the one for pcb was sold about 6
months ago and still doing it's job ok. the bigger one we use on a
every day basis, and no problem so far not a glinche.
