Tangential control

I now have a software controlled (Mach2) tangential control for my
cutter. It works great, by the way. All I need now is a piece of
software which will take my CAD drawings (dwg, dxf, etc.) and segment
them into smaller line segments. I've found a piece of software which
will take any line and segment it, but it has a limit of 100
segments. I didn't want to have to disassemble my drawings into
individual line segment and then segment those lines. Any ideas?
