Try the Shooting Star unit, from Canada. It's a 'rack & pinion' unit that
reads out the pinion position through encoders to a nice led display.
Price is around $699 for 2-axis. This subject comes up pretty often on this
list. A little homework looking through past posts would yield a lot of
info.
