Hi Les,
I also use WinGcnc with the Galil 1842 card and its performance and
reliability is awesome. Fast rapids and smooth 3D motions are the norm
because the Galil card closes the servo loop. Never ever ever a lost
step! I have well over a thousand hours on my system and it has been
extremely reliable and easy to use. I couldn't live without my
handwheel either!
