Hi Brian
The S series would be much better if you plan on using any of the common
software packages that output step/direction. I had a couple of the sx-6
drives. Excellent performance but they are not set up for step and
direction. We finally put them on a special purpose machine and utilized
Compumotor's X language for programming.
