Bridgeport Boss Spindle Motor Question

greetings all,

i have just purchased a v.f.d. for my boss 5 - 2 h.p. spindle motor
and was wondering if anybody out there has shit-canned the variable
pulley arrangement in favor of a toothed belt set-up? if so, can you
tell me of any problems that you encountered and where you found the
parts to accomplish this retro fit?
