is it a stepper or servo?

HELP!! I have an old cnc mill with IIC Inc. drive motors on it, but
they dont say if they are stepper or servo. The info on the motors
are as such: type MT 30M4-38,,,,Serial No. E4804,,,,,Cont. Stall
Torque 26lbs. in. Tenv,,,,,,,Max RPM 3700,,,,,Voltz 141,,,,,,Pulse
Amps 47,,,,,,,Tahco 7 voltz/1000rpm ,,,,,,,,,Insul F,,,,,,,E 87-70588
I was told the motors were good but the person I bought the mill from
didnt know what they were. Any help I could get would be great!
