I didn't build this laser itself, but I have built a DC excited
flowing gas laser out of glass. There are tons of instructions on
the web about how to build the DC excited version...practically
nothing on how RF excited sealed lasers are constructed. I did
attempt a gas recharge of another sealed RF laser I have, but so far
have only managed 6 watts out of a possible 25 (I don't have Xenon
gas and I do not have an SWR meter - yet).
