help needed for modal and nonmodal g codes..

hi ..
we have manual five axis huron mill machine with hedenhein
controller(TNC 415).we have a little problem that when we make
programme in mastercam v9 it makes all the g codes modal means one
command is not repeated until next is needed . but our controller
does not accept this feature, with only G02 and G03 ..
it demands that in all block where G02 and G03 are
requried ,they should be placed .
this is has becoming a matter of concern for us please
help me with this.
