Litton shaft encoder - info?

I have 3 used Electrocraft DC brush servomotors, with Litton encoders
attached. Four leads exit the encoder housing, one red, one black, one
yellow, one blue.

The Litton part number is 720BI-250-315H-5-4. I have found nothing on
the internet for this, does anyone have any information about this device?
