The main 3ph isolation transformer has terminals on it marked 0,
60,70,80V. there are three of each of these (1 per phase) that link
to a rectifier secion. Now if I connect the ov line together and
then use the 60v output I get approx 160V. Now the old drives are
rated at 100v so the qusetion is this

hi,

i think you wired the thing wrong;its seems you wired the triphase
transformer in series with the rectifier.(you dont have to use the 0
volt line also)

try this:

transformer tri in (phase wires) and transformer (tri out)
connect the transformer out to the bridge rectifier(a tri phase ac
in/1phase dc out,) measure the dc voltage now (if you use the 60 vac
out terminal you have a voltage of prox. 85v

- be sure to have the right rectifier;if this not is working post a
few pictures so that i can help you maybe out(name plate from
transformer and rectifier +connections)

bye
