getting started

hello all I am just getting started. I am a machinest and have
ran some cnc equipment ( mill with an anilam ) and have my own lathe
at home and a computer with autocad at home have downloaded mach1
and visualmill5 so what do i still need to do to get my lathe hooked
up and running cnc parts
