pcb manufacturing

I have assembled a 3 axis pcb mill(out of many items), setup master5 software and aquired eagle pcb layout software. Here is my problem I have built a beautiful engraver but I cant figure out how to do outlines. Is there some conversion I am leaving out? Do I need another piece of software? is there a switch in eagle that I havent found?.............Any Ideas, anybody???
