a "container" is absolutely the correct term but how to do is is a big
question?
you have to install a vaccuum suction system where a side channel compressor
is
used to make 4 or 6 m suction hight.
it is mendatory to fit a correct suction opening to the mill or router in
order to get
into the suction pipe minimum 90% the dust produced. this device has to be
tailored
to the tool, and from here with a suction pipe - flexible or rigid - the
dust flies with
about 20 m/s to the cyclone and the bag filter. in some cases a big filter
is enough to
obtain a cut off ratio of minimum 95%, in other cases where higher
efficiencies are
required hose filter or even cartridge type should be used. and here the
dust bin is
fitted to the bottom cone outlet whereas the clean air is extracted at the
top side
to the fan or turbo.
