There ARE round bellows and brushes made to surround a router, which will
flex enough with Z up/down, and allow a dust-collector vacuum to be effective.
I have seen them advertised in trade-magazines, but never being actually "in
the market" myself, I never memorized manufacturers' names.

Clearly, the style of such a thing would vary, depending upon just-what
shape of thing you were routing; a flat panel, or ba-relief carving?
