Stepper motor wiring

i have multipal stepper motors i am sure they are all old and no
good but would like to use them to test my system out before i hook
up my supposedly good motors can anyone direct me to a web page that
gives good information how to determine what wire is what and what
kind of stepper motor this is ie bipolar unipolar and so on thanks
