Here is a list of Tcl/Tk programs that could be the source of software
components for the upcoming CPNC project:
I think we should start with this and add to it:
ftp://isdftp.cme.nist.gov/pub/emc/cp.zip
Ray Henry's Tkemc and Backplotter have lots of practical coding examples:
http://www.linuxcnc.org/Dropbox/tktest1.tgz
http://www.linuxcnc.org/Dropbox/Bkplot1.tgz
http://www.linuxcnc.org/Dropbox/ioshow.tcl
OT: Does anyone know if the tkemc in the cinco de mayo version of the EMC has
all of Ray's stuff in it?
Dave Anderson did the earliest work in tcl/tk and it includes cutter path
simulation:

I found this program some time ago, and it has lots of good canvas stuff in
it, plus there's a basic .dxf file import utility too! I've done some work to
this package to update it to work with the latest version of tcl, contact me
if you'd like to have a copy.

e_info&package=tdcad2%2e0b
Two guys wrote tcl based drawing programs named Tkdraw, go figure...
http://www.sheol.org/throopw/tkdraw.html
Wayne Throop
http://www.neosoft.com/tcl/ftparchive/sorted/packages-7.6/graphics/TKDraw-1.1/
Sylvio Triebel - Very nice zoom and object selection in this one.
Possible 3d library for future destructive geometry CAM system (egregious
overkill/for amusement only!):
