New to this group, so I need basic information

Hi everyone

I'm new to this world of home made CNC, and because I'm sure that my
questions have been asked -and aswered- many times, I'd like to know
if there's a good compilation ("The Home made CNC bible" !! )on the
basic issues like:

basic components of the CNC
what's important to consider
Pros/con on stepper o servo motor, controllers
All what i shuld know
