It is not too hard to replace the output trannies - take an ohm meter &
compare the resistance measurements you get between the new ones you bought
& the ones on the board. You will rapidly figure out which one(s) are fried.

A few cents and a few minutes to replace a trannie sounds very much worth
the effort compared with the cost of a new drive (unless your hourly rate
is *way* higher than mine ;-))
