Bill: ONE problem I just discovered is that when I see a topic "at the top
of my e-mail list" and make a comment, and then it is deemed OT and you say
you will mutilate, modulate, or whatever it is you do to those of us who
continue OT discussion, my OT addition had been made LONG after you had made that
OT declaration, and the ONLY way I would have known would be to read ALL 138
e-mails received today, before NOT making an addition to the OT fray!
Would this mean I'd STILL be modulated and emasculated, or would this discipline
go into effect "next day"?

I shudder in my boots awaiting a kind response! Jan Rowland
