Not familar with that drive but in general VFDs

Line voltage will equal output voltage although some allow a small range of
output voltages to be selected
Like 220 in 208 out or 240 in 220 out etc.

You can not use a 3P transformer to step up or down the output voltage. The
VFD is not a sinewave device.

Most but not all small 220 volt VFDs can run with single or three phase
input power. Above 3 - 5 horse and most all 480 Volt VFD require three phase
input.

You can use a higher rated VFD with a smaller rated motor but not the other
way. Small mismatches may be tolerated.

You don't need an inverter grade motor if you use 220 volt VFD's on a 220 /
44 motor but you do need to watch for motor heat if you are running at
reduced speed and it's generally accepted that you can over speed standard
motors by 50 percent 60 Hz motors run at 90 Hz

The VFD manual is you friend and the VFD's lifesaver.

Hugh
