Two years ago I saw such a machine at the show and was so impressed
that I decided to build one on my own.
Machine at the show was built by John Osborne from Aircastle Industries
- a very nice and talented man.
The one I'm building has several punch stations (5), based on a Unipunch
product (got them cheap second hand).
Pressure is applied by the hydraulic cylinder (John's was manual).
X-Y is done, finishing assembly of the frame - all fits into a table
top, the only space I have available.
Powered by steppers with Xylotex + Jon Elson's USB board. Will use EMC.
Hopefully during this X-mas holidays will finish all
the mechanical part.
Regards, Alex
