I have data for the E-703 motor. It has 4 possible winding patterns,
specified
by a dash number.

dash Kt Ke R, Ohms L, mH Ipeak

Units of Kt are Oz-In/Amp, Ke are Volts/KRPM
Max continuous torque is 410 Oz-In

I don't have any data on the 713.
