Its under the "config" drop down menu in "motor tuning" A little window allows the user to enter the "steps per unit" for each axis. This window is also where accelleration and velocity are adjusted.

(Mach2 does look very good.. Much more suitable for the engraving/text
stuff I'm doing.. Especially since I now have 200 small mirrors to
engrave, and my current program is taking 8 mins a mirror, while the
simulation in Mach2, with constant-velocity on, is 2 minutes)
