Recommend thread type for vise

I'm going to build a vise into my next table and would like
recommendations as to the type of screw threads to use. I have a cnc
lathe so I don't think it will be a problem but if someone thinks I
should just buy the screw just let me know the vendor and part number
and I'll look into it.
